Having experienced my own profound loss in 2005, I understand the challenges and rewards of personal growth. Through my extensive education and certifications, including a degree in Speech Communication from the University of Washington, training from the Institute for Integrated Nutrition, and certifications in Reiki, Matrix Energetics, and Grief Counseling, I have the tools to help you become the leader of your own life.

As the host of Metaphysical Monday since 2006, I emphasize the importance of soul communication and channeling. My culinary training with the Conscious Gourmet and ongoing certification in decoding biological disease with Enrique Bouron further enhance my holistic approach.
