Welcome to Charm City Integrative Health, where we're redefining the future of medicine. As the owner and operator of this innovative clinic, I'm passionate about empowering people to thrive through a multidimensional approach to health and wellness.
With a strong background in East Asian Medicine, including a DACM and LAC, I've had the privilege of teaching at two universities, publishing my work, and serving as Chair of the Maryland Board of Acupuncture. My experience as the director of acupuncture for a chain of wellness centers in the mid-Atlantic has further shaped my holistic approach to healthcare.
At Charm City Integrative Health, we focus on reducing inflammation, improving circulation, and regulating the immune system to help you achieve optimal health.
