About me

Peace Always and Wellness for all! Hi I'm Christine your Yoga & Meditation teacher. I am a Yoga Alliance, 200 hour, Experienced level yogi, with more than 2,000 hours of teaching. Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider, Chair Yoga certified, Y Group X certified and AEA Aqua Fitness certified.... water yoga! I enjoy working with people of all ages and abilities, and firmly believe we can slow down to grow strong. Lessons with me include plenty of variety, modifications to make the yoga meet you where you are, explanations on how each pose benefits you and lots of laughter, fun and feeling good. If we don't enjoy our health and wellness routines, we won't stick with them long. I look forward to working & laughing with you.

My Philosophy of Care

My personal journey into yoga and meditation, was born from the need to reduce stress and let go of destructive habits. I was working in a high stress Corporate job as a Senior Operations Manager. While I loved the work itself, the environment was very toxic. I found myself, self medicating with cigarettes & alcohol, gaining weight and in a constant state of stress. I began a yoga & meditation practice, and fell in love with both. I was able to quit those habits, lose 75 Lbs, and reduce my stress levels to a staggering degree. I got to a place were I almost always felt peaceful, hence the business name Peace Always. I now know my life's purpose is to be of service to others guiding them to Peace through the teachings of yoga and meditation.

What You Can Expect On Your First Visit

First time clients often say that they appreciate my sense of humor and ability to put them at ease. The many modifications offered and the information about the positive health benefits of each yoga pose.

My Inspiration

You don't need to be flexible to benefit from yoga. Learn to practice Yoga and become flexible. Yoga is for every body and for every person.
