About me
I love to set the spark in someone that fires up their motivation for health. Things CAN get better! As a Registered Dietitian, Clinical Herbalist, and Yoga Teacher, I fully believe in the power of our bodies to heal themselves if we foster internal balance through our actions. Not an easy task, but with the proper guidance, not nearly as difficult. I offer my clients ways to overcome obstacles; to bring the body, mind, and spirit back into their natural state of balance. I have a strong clinical foundation, and I've worked with the functional nutrition model for many years.
