The Kindness Collective: A group of individuals coming together to focus on bringing more kindness to the world, starting with themselves. If you’re ready to develop self-talk that helps you stay balanced, positive and motivated to achieve your goals, this group is for you! Too often, we fall into the old “inner judge” mindset, or hold ourselves to a perfectionistic standard that only leaves us feeling stuck. This is why the Kindness Collective focus is “starting within”. We are still encouraged to shine the light of kindness in the world, and we’re encouraged to begin with ourselves.

How can the Kindness Collective help you?

Each month, group members receive:

A new short Morning and Evening Mindset shift MP3, designed to help you “bookmark” each day with positivity and kindness (each under 10 min).
A hypnosis MP3 that helps you make the inner changes to achieve your goals, develop your “inner friend” self-talk, and stay calm regardless of the stressors in life.
A Zoom gathering the 2nd Friday of the month at 8 p.m. EST, meet your community members, bring your questions, share your insights!
Connection with a community of those on the journey to greater kindness and self-care, inspiring and supporting each other along the way. Sharing with each other on the Telegram app.
**Perfect for those who want to enjoy the group but are short on time. The hypnosis audios are yours to listen whenever works for you, and two of them are under 10 minutes. The groups are optional.

Our collective will meet once each month via Zoom from 8:00-8:45 (EST, 2nd Friday eve), meet each other, get support and share experiences of kindness (self, others, or received) that occurred throughout the month.
