I was born to do this!

I often have to pinch myself to realize that I make a living guiding people in becoming their most authentic selves! Nothing brings me more joy than helping you reach your full potential and encouraging you to keep striving. My journey began with a relentless desire to "know thyself." This path of self-healing led me in many directions, ultimately providing me with valuable insights into what truly worked for me. This realization convinced me that similar methods could benefit others and while not everyone may resonate with them, I've now experienced countless individuals transform with the tools and gifts I’ve shared.

My approach is distinct from traditional talk therapy. I believe in the power of authentic connection with the people I have the privilege to work with. I share aspects of my own journey openly, bringing a level of compassion and empathy that I believe is the most potent medicine on Earth.
