About me

Tara is a certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® Practitioner passionate about getting to the root of her client's symptoms. After experiencing her own health crisis, she understands what it feels like to go from feeling energetic and vibrant to barely being able to face the day. This struggle inspired her dedication to studying diet, sleep, movement, stress, and toxins to heal herself and others. She provides her clients with the necessary tests and resources to empower them to achieve optimal health. While taking into account each client's individuality and needs, often overlooked in conventional medicine, Tara teaches a self-care model so her clients can take control of their health and feel even better than before.
