I help people release the emotional baggage that keeps them stuck in stress, pain, and self-sabotage. Through energy healing, I guide my clients to reconnect with their hearts, clear deep-seated emotional wounds, and restore inner peace. About me

In my 40s, I hit rock bottom. I was on the verge of divorce, drowning in stress, and trapped in chronic back pain that had plagued me for as long as I could remember. Worst of all, I had no idea who I was or what I truly wanted. As a mom to a highly sensitive child, I knew I needed to find a way to heal—not just for myself, but for him.

Desperate for relief, I discovered energy healing, and everything changed. For the first time, I felt the weight of emotional baggage lift. The pain eased, the fog cleared, and I finally began to reconnect with myself. Now, at 51, I feel stronger, more grounded, and more aligned than ever. I know who I am, what I want, and how to navigate life’s challenges with clarity and resilience.

I feel incredibly fortunate to have found this path, and I’m passionate about helping others find their way, too.
