About meI'm a sunshine-loving Colorado native who has a passion for helping people live their fullest lives by feeling their best every day. I believe knowledge is power when it comes to health, when you understand how your body functions and how it is impacted by things like food, movement, and environmental exposures you can take your health into your own hands. I love getting to know my clients and working with them to create sustainable changes in their health. When I'm not at work I love exploring new hikes, catching up with loved ones over coffee, or cooking up a good meal with family.
