My journey into naturopathic medicine began as a stressed-out, burnt-out chemistry major and pre-med student, seeking a more holistic and personalized approach to healthcare.

Throughout my own healing journey, I discovered the profound impact of energy healing in resolving my struggles with fibromyalgia, anxiety, depression, insomnia, adrenal exhaustion, and intestinal malabsorption. This experience inspired me to delve into various energetic healing modalities, including extensive shamanic training, meditation, and family constellation facilitation.
