About me

Embark on a transformative journey with me as your guide. With over three decades of experience in holistic healing, I invite you to discover the power of T'ai Chi Ch'uan, Reiki, and Realization Process Meditation. As a dedicated practitioner and teacher, I have had the privilege of studying under renowned masters and sharing these profound practices with students from all walks of life.

T'ai Chi Ch'uan, a graceful and meditative martial art, has been my companion since 1988. Under the tutelage of the late Jean Kwok in NYC, I became an assistant teacher in the Yang Style Long Form, carrying on the lineage of Lee Shiu Pak and Ch'en Wei-ming. For over two decades, I have taught T'ai Chi in various studios, schools, and workshops, witnessing the transformative effects it has on individuals' lives.

Reiki, a gentle yet powerful energy healing technique, entered my life in 1995. Through initiation on the island of Helgoland in Germany and further training in NYC, including Karuna Reiki and a Mastership with Wendy Lipson, I have been sharing this amazing healing gift through distance healing for decades.

Realization Process Meditation, a profound practice for embodied spiritual awakening, completes my trio of healing modalities.
