About me
Hi! I'm Elizabeth and I've been in the personal empowerment field for almost three decades. My greatest joy is in working with women who are ready to put themselves back at the center of their lives and create a life of more aliveness, freedom and joy.
My work is a unique blend of coaching, healing and medical intuition. The medical intuition is to see clearly and articulate what exactly is causing any blockage in your system to having and becoming your best version of you. The healing and coaching comes in as a response to that clarity, and works to dissolve and release any old beliefs, emotions, or (generational) energies that are tripping you up.
This is why I call the work "Life Attunement"--because you are really are attuning your life to a higher vibration, a higher resonance. There is nothing that can stand in your way of creating a life that you love when you have the right support and compass.
