About me

I'm Emily, a health and wellness coach for women over 50. I started coaching because I met too many women that hated their physical appearance and felt hopeless about changing it.

I work with women to uncover the barriers between them and their healthiest, happiest, most confident life. I ask questions, challenge perceptions, and offer unique solutions to help clients make lasting changes in their lives.

My coaching focuses on behavior change that fits into the client's lifestyle. There is no single path to better health, so all of my work is personalized to fit the needs of the client.

When you finish working with me you will feel healthier and more confident about your ability to make health decisions. You will be proud and confident in your body. This is what I want for each and every one of my clients.

My Philosophy of Care

I spent years trying to "fix" my diet and exercise routine in order to become a more confident person who was comfortable in my own body. But once I started to take a more holistic approach to wellness, I realized that diet and exercise were only a small part of the equation. So I set out to learn as much as I could about wellness promotion and coaching so that I could help others find peace with their health.

What You Can Expect On Your First Visit

The first session is all about you! I want to hear about your journey and why you haven't reached optimal health and fitness yet. I will ask you about your current lifestyle and your ideal self.

Next, I will tell you a little bit about myself and how I approach coaching. If we both agree that we'd be a good fit we'll set up a coaching plan for the next few months.

My Inspiration

Finding peace with my weight and body unlocked a better, more fulfilling life for me and I want to do that for other people too.
