I believe energy is at the heart of everything — it’s all around us and within us. As energetic beings, we absorb both positive and negative energy, and sometimes we hold onto energy that doesn’t serve us. This can affect our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Through Reiki and crystal healing, I help clients release these blockages, allowing energy to flow freely and restore balance.

As a Reiki Master, I focus on healing the root causes of stress, anxiety, and emotional pain. I specialize in:

• Reducing stress, anxiety, and trauma
• Clearing brain fog and depression
• Helping with sleep issues and physical discomfort
• Clearing emotional blockages and shifting old mindsets

I work with clients around the world, including children with autism, and offer both virtual and in-person sessions. Virtual Reiki allows you to receive healing from the comfort of home, fitting into your busy life with ease. I also incorporate meditation to help improve sleep, reduce anxiety, and boost self-esteem.
