About me

At 22, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder and infertility, struggling with chronic fatigue, depression, anxiety, and fibromyalgia. Doctors couldn't provide answers, and I felt cheated out of living my life. When Western medicine failed me, I sought alternative solutions.

Through extensive research and personal experimentation, I created a process that cleaned out toxins and changed my body's environment, supporting the massive undertaking of healing. Today, I no longer suffer from any chronic conditions, and I achieved this without drugs, fad diets, or trendy supplements.

""If you give your body what it needs, it will heal itself."" This simple yet profound statement resonated with me during my journey to wellness. I stand on the shoulders of practitioners who helped me learn how to engage with my body and provided the foundation for the work I do today.

At The Elevate Institute, we employ customer service staff, offer a certification program, and manufacture practitioner-grade near-infrared sauna panels. I've brought the message of hope and healing to hundreds of people worldwide.

Your journey begins with a hair mineral test. During your first consultation, I'll share my screen with you and break down your test results, making sense of your symptoms.
