About me

I am a certified Family Constellations facilitator, Somatic Release practitioner, and holistic counselor. Since 2016 I have been helping clients facilitate personal and emotional changes.
As a member of both the International and Ukrainian Systemic Constellations Associations, I actively participate in ongoing learning opportunities and stay abreast of the latest developments in the field.
In addition to leading in-person groups in Arlington, VA (USA), and thematic webinars, I also offer individual online sessions. They include both Family Constellations and Somatic Release sessions as a short-term therapy (i.e. they do not require regular meetings), and holistic counseling services combining different approaches for continuous support.
These sessions are tailored to address a wide range of issues, from systemic dynamics in personal and professional life to trauma and stress management.
My approach integrates systemic principles, addressing trans-generational inherited trauma, with body-oriented techniques, based on Somatic Experiencing® by P. Levine, to facilitate meaningful transformations.
I speak English, Russian, and Ukrainian, and I am committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate support to individuals seeking to improve their quality of life and navigate their personal and professional journeys in a more fulfilling way.
