About me

Welcome!!

Federica Mingotti is an acupuncturist, herbalist, energetic food coach and massage therapist, originally from Italy and now based in the United States. She holds a BS in Health Sciences and a MS in Acupuncture, with a specialization in Chinese Herbal Medicine.

She is currently deepening her practice through clinical integrative mentorship with master practitioner Lonny Jarrett, focusing on the Five Element lineage.

Holistic medicine provides the perfect means to honor her clients’ journeys. Her treatments combine intuition, nourishment, and targeted therapies such as Acupuncture and Body Work with Herbal and Food Energy consult, yielding tangible improvements energetic balance.

She takes time to tailor each session to individual needs, creating a nurturing, inclusive environment. Her goal in service is to ensure that patients leave feeling supported, revitalized, more connected to their body’s innate wisdom, guided and empowered by their inner ability to heal.
