My journey began at the tender age of 8, when a severe tailbone injury sparked my fascination with the body's ability to heal and recover. This early experience, coupled with frequent bouts of bronchitis and a reliance on antibiotics, fueled my determination to uncover the secrets of healthy, supple tissues (FASCIA).

Through countless hours of study and hands-on experience, I have honed my skills in various modalities, including massage therapy, TMJ treatment, prenatal care, scar tissue reduction, and personal training. As a Wellness Coach, I specialize in helping athletes and those suffering from injuries to achieve optimal health and performance.
