I am a Certified Exercise Physiologist, Kinesiologist, Nutritionist and all things in between.
I have been working in the fitness and health field for over 15 years and have worked with all types of individuals from those that are wheelchair-bound to those that are striving to become part of the Tactical Unit of their perspective Police Force.
I believe that health and wellness is a very holistic and I treat them as so. When people come to me for support, we talk about all aspects of their current situation and what they need to do to improve and feel better.
In my personal time, I love hanging out with my little ginger kiddos, competing in CrossFit Competitions, lifting weights, running with my dog, snowboarding and just being outdoors.
I have always been a mover. Growing up I was involved in every sport that was offered at my school. I found and still find it very hard to sit down.
This lead me to study Kinesiology at University and my drive to help others lead me to start my own training and wellness business.
I have dealt with my own health issues and love sharing what I found works best through trial and research.

We find what level you are at in the beginning and through gradual progression, I guide and coach you to achieve your goals. Nothing will happen instantaneously but we work together to find out what exercises work best for your body and what makes the most impact while challenging you with new and fun movements.
We will discuss all holistic elements of wellness to ensure that we are properly dealing with other lifestyle choices that may impact the success that we are seeking.
