About me
About meHarmonious Self means a well balanced self. My purpose in creating Harmonious Self is to aid in healing and bringing into balance your physical body and emotional, psychological, and spiritual well being through various techniques that I have successfully used with many individuals and groups, as well as with myself, since 2013. Reiki Healing for individuals and animals, chakra activation and balancing, guided imagery meditations for both group and private sessions, AromaTouch Therapy with essential oils, leading Women's Circles, and writing your pictorial histories and/or spiritual wills are my chosen methods that have worked well, and I bring them to you. I also provide Usui and Lightarian Reiki Certification classes, and Lightarian AngelLinks.

My InspirationI have always wanted to have the gift of healing, and becoming a Reiki practitioner in 2013 has enabled me to provide an integrative approach to the health needs of my clients. Since then I have continued to add additional techniques to expand my holistic and integrative healing services.
