About me
I have been helping clients as a psychotherapist and coach for the last 30 years. I predominantly use 2 models in my work - Internal Family Systems and Somatic Experiencing. Both of these models are experiential and holistic and go much deeper than traditional talk-therapy or assignment-based coaching, allowing for full healing and growth. I am also trained in therapeutic writing and integrate that into my work to facilitate healing with clients who are drawn to that modality.
