I am a behavioral health & life coach. I empower you to take yourself off the backburner and fill your cup. I work individually and with businesses that want to empower their employees to create healthy habits and cohesiveness in the work place.
I'm also co-founder and Vice President of KAHA TAHI. This is a non-profit that consists of entrepreneurial women to help other women create optimal healthy and sustainable living regardless of life's circumstances.
Kaha Tahi, literally translates into Strength Together in the Maori language!
We believe that: "Circumstances might be outside of our control, but choices are ours!"
On a more personal note:
I'm married with two busy kids. I am a follower of Jesus Christ. I love spending time with my family and one of the things we like to do is spend time at the lake. I enjoy slalom water skiing, running, hiking, and other forms of intentional movement; I like to mix it up. Consistency is key for me.
I worked in corporate America for almost 20 years. After I had my first child, I decided to step down so that I could be the one raising them and work part time in the same field. Several years later, I wanted to help women on a deeper level and decided to go back to school and chose HCI--Health Coach Institute, an accredited school of the International Coach Federation where I received my Health and Life Coaching certifications.
Everybody and EVERY body is uniquely different. One size does not fit all, ESPECIALLY when it comes to our health and wellness. This is why every program I offer is individualized to you.

While trying to stay active and healthy throughout my life, I noticed there always seemed to be a new fad, "diet," or controversy about what was and wasn't healthy. I found this to be confusing and wanted to figure out what healthy was for me and be able to help others do the same.
With the right system, the right support, and the right accountability, I will guide you through a transformational process where you make lasting habit changes.
