I'm a Life and Health Coach specializing in self-care and behavioral shifts, Co-Founder and Board Vice President of KAHA TAHI- a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit that consists of entrepreneurial women.
We provide the tools and resources for the everyday woman who is bravely facing life's stresses and burdens to be empowered so that she can avoid overwhelm and burnout when circumstances are outside of her control.

On a more personal note:
I'm married with two busy kids, a follower of Jesus Christ, and love spending time with my family. I enjoy slalom water skiing, running, hiking, and other forms of intentional movement; I like to mix it up. Consistency is key for me.
I worked in corporate America for almost 20 years. After I had my first child, I decided to step down so that I could be the one raising them and work part time in the same field. Several years later, I wanted to help women on a deeper level and decided to go back to school and chose HCI--Health Coach Institute, an accredited school of the International Coach Federation where I received my Health and Life Coaching certifications.
Everybody and EVERY body is uniquely different. One size does not fit all, ESPECIALLY when it comes to our health and wellness.

I also offer a unique program for businesses where I provide coaching for your team. I give tools for healthier habits, improved self-care, less sick days, enhanced harmony, and better morale in the office.
I offer a Healthy Habits for Me session. This is a no cost 45 min. private consultation where we'll uncover the challenges your experiencing, why your stuck, how to get unstuck, and what your plan of action is to experience transformation and harmony.
While trying to stay active and healthy throughout my life, I noticed there always seemed to be a new fad or diet about what was and wasn't healthy. I found this to be crazy and wanted to figure out what healthy was for me and be able to help others do the same.
With the right system, the right support, and the right accountability, I guide the everyday working woman through a transformational process where she makes lasting habit changes.
