I'm Helenita and I'm honored to be helping you on your journey. While I have a list of certifications, the biggest and most important one is the very full life I've lived, exploring all of the edges, joys and discomforts of the human experience. My deepest desire is to help each of my client's reconnect with their intuitive wisdom to discover and remove the blocks that are holding them back from being the best version of themselves they can be. I believe that by working with both the mind and the body through a combination of traditional coaching, somatic breathwork and sacred practices, we can uncover the best parts of ourselves and feel empowered to live life freely and fully.
