My vision is to empower individuals to unlock their innate healing potential. Journey of Balance strives to cultivate holistic wellness, restore balance and harmony to mind, body, and spirit. I envision a world where vibrant health and profound transformation are within everyone's reach. My mission is to provide heart-centered, compassionate energy healing services that support individuals on their journey toward health. I am committed to being a trusted partner in this journey.

In 2014, after the delivery of my third son, I developed post-partum preeclampsia (high blood pressure) and a few days later developed Bell’s Palsy. I knew this was a wake-up call for me to take charge of my health and wellness. Since then, I have been on a profound personal journey of healing, self-transformation, and education. Now, I have combined over 17 years of nursing with a diverse skill set in holistic and energy medicine modalities to transform the lives of my clients. Journey of Balance is designed to guide you away from mental, emotional, and physical suffering and into a harmonious flow.

My unique approach is dedicated to reinstating balance and harmony within the human body and its energy flow. Every healing session is customized to address the specific needs of each individual. Just as each person's fingerprint is distinct, so is their energy system.
