About meHello, I'm Heather Christine of Holistic Continuum! Call me HC. My pronouns are she/her/hers.
I strive to bring my over two decades of knowledge and experience in the medical and wellness fields and life experience as a mother of three into helping individuals, families and birthworkers thrive. I'm a Physical Therapist and have additional certifications in prenatal/postpartum yoga and core&pelvic floor through MUTU Pro. I am a certified birth doula with additional training in lactation and childbirth education. With this experience I serve both expectant families, aspiring birthworkers or current birthworkers. I love working with clients and birthworkers during this intimate and exciting time.
