As a holistic health practitioner for over 25 years, I've had many great opportunities to aquire a diverse skill set.
During the initial consultation, I like to dive deep into your health history, finding connections between symptomatic expressions to formulate a treatment plan that includes your feedback.
There is so much information at your fingertips through podcasts, blogs, and video shorts, that it can be confusing to distill what is applicable to your health situation. I stay open to learning about new treatments and take the time to read the research to discern if it is relevent to your totality.
