I hold a compassionate, open-hearted presence with a strong spiritual consciousness component with the work. I listen intuitively to the words underneath your words. I actively observe and assist you to engage with your body, its movements, your breath and teach you how to listen to the deeper truths hidden within. At times we may express sound, use touch in various respectful ways or mirror your authentic, truer self, through cognitive awareness.

Building Soul is about developing and healing the connections between your body, mind, heart, and emotions to evolve your consciousness into greater integrity with your thoughts, words, and actions.

It's about doing "the work" to go within and meet your wounded, shadow, or negative self to find the greater truths that heal and eventually resolve the frozen energetic ruptures of the past within.
