Are you a promising new leader feeling overwhelmed and burnt out in your role? As a Physical Therapist with over 25 years of experience in clinical and leadership positions, I've witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by those promoted to leadership without the necessary skills and training. That's why I'm passionate about helping people increase work satisfaction through effective leadership, human behavior, motivation, and change management.

My personal leadership journey began with leading Home Care Rehab staff in the ever-changing US healthcare system. I believe that the purpose of healthcare is to provide care to people, and success starts with strong leadership skills and a clear personal vision and mission. By understanding what motivates you, you can become a more compassionate and successful leader.

I use the Energy Leadership model based on iPEC and Bruce Schneider's teachings to help you choose how you show up each day. By listening to each other without judgment and seeking to understand, we can solve problems together and create a better experience for everyone on your team. As an ACC ICF coach, Energy Leadership Coach, Physical Therapist, Speaker, Adjunct faculty, and Small Business owner, I have the expertise to guide you on your leadership journey.
