About me

Ive been helping people integrate for 25+ years, working in various fields of health and wellness. I started in the fitness field, studying peoples movements and every day lives, coaching them to move safely and be strong. After 10 years of personal training, I wanted to dive deeper into helping people and that is how I got into true transformation work. I observed how people live, work, exercise and spend their free time. The majority of the things that was part of their daily lives was either stress management tools or negative stressors, pushing their further from their authenticity and creating more and more stress in their body, brain and nervous system. The accumulation of stress is inevitable in everyday life of being inauthentic to how were we created to be. Most equate being fit with being healthy, but this can't be further from the truth. I, had to learn this the hard way. I was super fit yet I was in pain, almost every joint of my body ached on a daily basis. I was fit so I thought I was healthy so this boggled my mind. This is when I searched under every rock to find solutions to live my best life, not in pain, and authentic to how I was created to be. Stress Resolution is essential and it is what I specialize in. I am a practitioner of the True Body Intelligence system.
