Jen has such an intimate story to tell. Stories, really. Her colorful life includes so many bright moments and successes, but dark passages that she hid and that held her back from her true potential. Beyond that, Jen was, at a point, lost in the day-to-day grind. She had lost her joy. The fake script of social media, where perceptions and reality don’t always meet up, was taking a toll.
Once Jen let go of what was holding her back and began focusing on meditation and intentional work, to make decisions entirely about things that made her happy and satisfied, she transformed her life. She is so honored to share her deeply personal experiences; from overcoming addiction and an eating disorder to using meditation and intentional work to transform her life.
Her mission is to inspire others... burnt out moms, frazzled CEO, overwhelmed entrepreneurs - to embrace a journey of exciting daily coincidences, happiness, and self-awareness. Her passion is that all of us feel as deeply satisfied as she is. Jen is dynamic, hilariously candid, sometimes uncensored, but always vulnerable and ultimately transparent.
After the release of her transformative book, “Recalibrate” and the companion Workbook, Jen has been expanding her reach by getting personal with the souls she touches be it through podcast interviews, speaking engagements, and one-on-one coaching.
One size does not fit all and balancing your current lifestyle with the one that you are destined to have is essential. I like to take opportunities to crowd in behaviors that are beneficial, joyful, and that will ultimately get you on the path to where you want to be. Time is valuable and should be focused on what brings you the most relief, satisfaction, and fun so take life by the reigns and enjoy the ride.
We will get to know each other and take the uninterrupted, focused time to hone in on what I can offer while understanding what you need. From that point, we will move forward if it is a good fit.
