In my practice, You Are Enough, I guide and companion your healing journey as a holistic psychotherapist. I employ a range of modalities and approaches such as Mindfulness, Attachment Theory, CBT, Polyvagal Theory, somatic therapy, evolutionary psychology, and brain psychoeduation to name some of my favorites. These modalities help you to get to the root cause of your personal suffering to create a life characterized by your birthright of peace and joy.
