About me
I grew up shy and introverted but knew I possessed some sort of power. At age 13 I was breaking up fights and preaching positivity to my classmates. By age 16 I was performing on stage. From 18 I battled depression and anger off and on which led to perpetual rebellion and excessive drinking into my early 30s. Therapy, becoming a father and finding my purpose gave my life the 180 I needed. Now I speak in schools, prisons, conferences and podcasts on the often overlooked power of aligning with your Purpose. I coach individuals and small groups helping them heal through various modalities of Life Coaching, NLP Visualization, Exercise, Nutrition Counseling & more.
