About me

Hi, I’m Kaily! I first stepped on my mat in 2011, after that I spent many years bouncing in and out of the practice not really understanding why I had this pull to yoga when things in my life would go astray. While I do love a good workout, I didn’t first step onto my mat for the physical aspect, I was drawn to yoga because that was the only time my mind would stop. I found solace in the quiet before I ever knew what was actually happening. After my life took some twists, I ended up embarking down a road of healing and self discovery that ended with recommitment to my yoga practice and the desire to share that with others.

I became a Reiki Master in 2024 and it was a piece in my life I didn't know I was missing. It brings me so much fulfillment to be able to help others along their journey, wherever that may be. I can promise to meet you where you are at, without judgement, and hold space for you and your healing.

The people that I have met through yoga and reiki practices are some of the kindest, most sincere, and supportive people I know. I am a better person because of them and I would love to share these special practices with you. Namaste.
