Karen's personal struggles with PTSD, anxiety, depression, and addictions have fueled her passion for integrative care. Through her own journey, she discovered the profound impact of Antojai®️ Quantum Reiki, which rapidly transforms the conscious, unconscious, and subconscious levels of the brain. Inspired by her own transformation, Karen now offers this life-changing service to her clients. In addition to Antojai®️ Quantum Reiki, Karen has created Triple-R, an intuitive blend of yoga, meditation, breathe, and somatic movement.
