Kerry was so amazing for the intro to meditation! I’ve done a few guided meditations and use an app regularly but wanted to dive deeper. She was so calming and helpful. And made everyone feel super comfortable. If you’ve been wanting to give meditation a go but unsure, sign up, i promise youll enjoy it. Her space is a delight as well.

About me

Kerry has developed a unique approach to working with individual clients and students combining neuroscience, psychology and yoga philosophy. Having spent 10 years in corporate human resources, Kerry witnessed how stress impacted the already busy lives of her colleagues. In becoming a licensed counselor and psychotherapist while pursuing her yoga teaching certification, Kerry quickly saw connections that could create a well-rounded approach to stress management, anxiety, depression and pain.

Kerry teaches group classes of all varieties: vinyasa, power, yin, restorative, chair and specialized classes for anxiety, pain, grief, ADHD and stress. She integrates mindfulness and meditation into every class and has built models to introduce students to chakra systems and emotional imbalances held within the body.

In her psychotherapy practice, Kerry sees most success with clients when integrating yoga into all parts of the relationship. Her uniquely designed model of intervention builds upon the science of stress, developing coping tools and using yoga, mindfulness and meditation to access more inner awareness and resiliency.
