About me

"About Linda Crossley: Holistic Healing for Mind, Body, and Spirit

Are you ready to embark on a transformative journey towards a life filled with love, connection, and vibrant health? As a holistic practitioner, I am dedicated to helping you break free from the chains of fear, isolation, and dis-ease, guiding you towards a path of healing and self-discovery.

Through a unique blend of Eastern and Western philosophies, I offer a comprehensive approach to wellness that encompasses direct neurofeedback, psychotherapy, trauma-informed yoga, and meditation. My goal is to create a safe, sacred space where you can explore your deepest fears, work through obstacles, and embrace every aspect of your being.

What sets me apart is my unwavering presence, compassion, and gratitude. I am truly honored to witness the strength and resilience of the human spirit as I guide my clients towards their goals. Together, we will unlock the innate wisdom of your body and mind, facilitating a profound healing experience that will leave you feeling empowered and transformed.

My philosophy of care is rooted in the belief that we all possess the inherent ability to heal from past traumas and experience post-traumatic growth, without relying on prescription drugs. Having walked this path myself, I am living proof of the power of holistic healing.
