"About Lizeth Santamaria, The Lupus Coach® and Founder of Discover Your Power®

Meet Lizeth Santamaria, a passionate and highly qualified Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), also known as The Lupus Coach®. With over 15 years of coaching and health education experience, Lizeth is dedicated to empowering individuals to transform their lives holistically.

As the Founder and Owner of Discover Your Power®, LLC, Lizeth brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her clients. She holds a bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Central Florida, a master's degree in Human Resources from Rollins College, and is currently pursuing her PhD in holistic and integrative health from Saybrook University's Mind Body Medicine program.

Lizeth's journey began in 2006 when she was diagnosed with lupus. Instead of letting the illness control her life, she decided to empower herself and others by educating and coaching them to lead happy and healthy lives. As an Intuitive Healer, Lizeth is passionate about helping others heal and live the life they were destined for.
