As a passionate holistic practitioner with over 30 years of experience, I have dedicated my life to empowering individuals to heal themselves through the power of hypnosis. My journey began as a grade school teacher, but my interest in health and wellness led me to open three exercise studios in the Chicagoland area. After selling my studios, I pursued my true calling in applied hypnosis and became a certified hypnotherapist through the National Guild of Hypnotists in 1997.

Since then, I have helped countless clients achieve profound transformations in their lives, specializing in Hypnotic Comfort and Relief. As the director and lead hypnotist at Albuquerque's Center For Hypnosis, I have honed my skills and developed a philosophy of care that focuses on the individual, not just the problem. I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal themselves, and I am honored to serve as a facilitator for my clients' personal growth and improvement.
