About me
I believe that love will save the world. It begins with loving yourself first. My healing journey has informed how I work with my clients. We first learn the biology and neuroscience of change to prune our old selves to make room for a new vision of our lives. I weave in the 5-element Consciousness Framework, qigong, and conscious eating to receive a full mind, body, and spirit approach.
The process of self-mastery requires only three things: practice, practice, practice and I am teaching the tools I now practice daily in my journey of self-mastery.
