As a retired RN and Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) with a Masters in Pastoral Care and Spiritual Direction, I bring a unique blend of expertise to my holistic practice. With a deep understanding of the body-mind-spirit connection, I integrate my extensive background in nursing, mental health, and spirituality to guide clients towards wellness and personal growth.

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working in diverse settings, from surgical intensive care to Indian health, VA psychiatric hospitals, and long-term care. As an adjunct faculty member, I taught Aging and Spirituality at a graduate school of theology and ministry, and co-authored a professional training manual for the Alzheimer's Society of Washington. For over 15 years, I was a teacher for the Resonance Repatterning (RR) system, a powerful tool for helping clients move through stuck places without relying on medications.

I believe in the inherent goodness of all people and view challenges as opportunities for growth and transformation. As an Elder, I cherish the wisdom gained through life experiences and believe that we can continue to make valuable contributions at any stage.
