I opened my private practice, Women's Osteopathic Wellness, in Asheville, NC in Nov 2021 to serve the Asheville community and have helped many patients over the years.

With the recent devastation of Hurricane Helene, my goal is to give as much back to the Asheville community that I’ve called home for the last 3.5 years, and this is the best way I know how. After a significant event like this, we can ALL use some energy healing to rebalance our nervous systems and open our hearts fully, so we can continue to rebuild this community together.

Please consider booking a healing session for a victim of the hurricane, a loved one, or simply for yourself.

What is Soul-Focused Healing (SFH)?

A very precise, advanced, and scientific anatomical system of non-touch Energy Healing based on ancient Tibetan healing (aka Esoteric Healing). It is deeply rooted in the basis of quantum physics, neuroscience, trauma research, and Eastern Medicine's approach to healing the human body

SFH works through the 7 Chakra’s of body and the 5 Chakra’s of the Soul. By opening up the "Qi" or energy field (aka electromagnetic field (EMF)), the energy can flow freely as nature intended. When the energy body is open and clear, we are in a state of harmony and balance to allow the innate intelligence and divine wisdom of the Soul take flight.
