About me

"Welcome to my holistic healing practice, where I combine the ancient wisdom of yoga with modern therapeutic techniques to help you reconnect with your innate wisdom and healing potential. I offer private sessions and also Group Classes in my studio, Yoga Luna. For group classes, go to www.yogaluna.org


As a yoga teacher and therapist with 18 years of experience, I am passionate about creating a safe, welcoming space for you to explore the transformative power of yoga. My philosophy of care is rooted in collaboration and partnership. I believe that you are the expert in your own body, and my role is to guide you in discovering the tools and practices that will best support your unique needs and goals.


Together, we will create a personalized yoga practice that incorporates a range of techniques, including poses, breathing exercises, mindfulness, mantras, guided meditations, and lifestyle recommendations. When you come for your first visit, you can expect a warm, compassionate presence and a thorough intake process. We will discuss your goals, concerns, and any physical or emotional challenges you may be facing. From there, I will provide you with take-home resources and a simple home practice to get you started on your healing journey.
