About me

I work with people all over the world to help them embody their highest potential through healing wounds from the past, reconnecting to their inner wisdom, and cultivating practices to live in true joy and abundance.

My work is informed by a decade of experience as a mentor and coach to leaders and executives, allowing me to hold an expansive container for individuals who are navigating their true north. My vision is to empower others to uncover exactly what needs to be worked through, cleared, and healed through the tenet of radical compassion.

People often experience blockages from growth and well-being when self-limiting beliefs are attached to the core frequencies of shame, guilt, unworthiness, and fear. I help you identify these beliefs and safely experience these often untouched emotional and energetic materials through feeling, sensing, dissolving and shifting these blockages.

I believe in a structured yet intuitive approach that combines knowledge from ancient traditions and modern therapies — bridging the ethereal and material realms. I am a Certified Practitioner in Focalizing, a Somatic Therapy, a Reiki Master, Doula in Training, and Clairvoyant.
