Raising children taught me the importance of listening with the heart, while singing revealed the power of voice in carrying energy. As someone with dyslexia, navigating a world that can feel foreign has shown me the significance of connecting on deeper levels in relationships. Being a lightworker, holding the light is fundamental to everything I do.

Philosophy of Care

When I discovered hypnotherapy, it was like a light illuminating my path. Having personally experienced the power of hypnosis during childbirth, I knew it could be the ""more"" I was seeking to offer my clients. As an investment services provider, I loved learning about my clients and helping them make decisions, but I yearned to do more. Hypnotherapy became the answer, and I immersed myself in learning this transformative modality.
