About me

I began studying Reiki over 30 years ago to get healing for myself. I was in so much emotional pain from childhood trauma and all I wanted was peace. Between counseling and Reiki, my life began to change. I stuck with what worked for me and became trained in Reiki so that I could help others. Reiki is universal energy that heals physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual imbalance. It takes courage to look at what causes us pain and keeps us stuck. I have been there. Reiki can change your life, if you commit to your healing. I can be your guide through your journey.
Equine coaching is life coaching working alongside horses. Horses are very intuitive beings and can help you get through the noise in your head to the core issue. They are gentle and loving if you are authentic with them. You can see your life change working with the horses.
I will create a safe place for you to explore and do your work. My ideal client is someone who wants to heal and is willing to show up and do the work. Giving back to you is my way of showing gratitude for those who showed up for me.
