About me

After receiving acupuncture for a martial arts injury in 2016, Mercedes quickly learned how powerful this natural healing modality can be towards achieving optimal health and wellbeing. She decided she wanted to share acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) with the world.

In 2017, Mercedes embarked on an immersive 5-year journey to learn TCM, attending New York College of Health Professions in Syosset, NY. There she earned a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences and a Master's degree in Acupuncture.

Mercedes actively lives a lifestyle based on TCM principles, receives acupuncuture herself on a weekly basis, and shares the wisdom of TCM with her friends, family, and patients, promoting balance, health, and wellbeing through acupuncture, food therapy, herbs, body work, energy work, and the healing arts.
