About me
"Welcome! I'm Monica, a Biochemist with a PhD in Biological Sciences, a teacher, and a certified Level 2 EFT/Tapping practitioner. My journey with EFT began during a challenging time when anxiety overwhelmed me, and nothing seemed to help – not even counseling. Desperate for relief, I tried a Tapping meditation, and after a few days, it felt like magic. My anxiety disappeared, and I realized the power of this technique.
Curious and inspired, I began learning more about EFT and using it to address various issues, from bothersome memories to self-esteem and past hurts.
