About meI have worn many hats in my lifetime. I have a Associates in Chemistry, Bachelors in Biotechnology and Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine. I work in clinical trial research and have a private practice in New Bern, NC.

What You Can Expect On Your First VisitThe first visit is about an hour long. We discuss your history from the time you were born to where you are today. At this visit, I ask my patients to bring recent lab reports and all the supplements they are currently taking. At this visit, I usually do not make recommendations but will bring you back at to another visit that is 30 minutes to discuss my recommendations and answer any questions. Both these visits are included in the initial consultation fee.

My InspirationI understand the challenges a patient faces when dealing with chronic disease and pain. Since my early 20's I have lived with back pain and prescribed several medications. Although, my doctor did her best, I felt like a zombie and not myself. Through out the years, I realized that my diet and lifestyle was killing me. Since I made changes in my life, I no longer have daily back pain. This motivated me to go to Naturopathic Medical school to learn how to help others.
