About me
Nicky Hilsen is an experienced licensed massage therapist and registered yoga teacher with a mission to lead people into a transformational relationship with themselves: mind, body and spirit, and to create a safe and sacred space for people to realize comfort and healing. Years of dance, movement, theatre, and music have shaped her path toward the healing arts. Continued education in Thai Bodywork and Sacred Lomi Lomi have greatly influenced her practices. She encourages people to grow in body awareness through simple meditation and mindful movement.
