As a former collegiate athlete, elite forest firefighter, triathlete, and avid backcountry skier, I deeply understand the brilliant and demanding levels of physicality we ask of our bodies. My passion is helping others live an active, healthy, energized, and pain-free life, just as I strive to do myself.

Whether you're overcoming an old injury or reaching for a new personal best, I'm here to support you on your journey. With years of studying the incredible human body, I graduated with honors in chiropractic, mastering the intricate nuances of neurology and the brain's brilliance. I also hold Level 1 and Level 2 certifications in the innovative Network Spinal approach, and I'm proud to be part of an elite group of nationwide doctors with Level 3 NS certification.
